Shedding has been a big theme in my life over the past year. The other night, I felt called to paint with my own blood. Just because. This is what flowed from my brush. It felt fitting to ritualize the shedding of my uterine lining and turn it into art.

These signed 11x14 prints have captured the deep reds that come with fresh bleeding. So excited to have memorialized the richness of the color, as the original will eventually darken and brown.
