This workshop begins with a creation stage where we build custom ass-tassels, and then learn to twirl them with specific techniques in hip control, glute relaxation, and proper leverage! We'll practice our spins and then give them a go in a short choreo! Bring knee-pads for potential floorwork and wear your favorite bottoms to show off the goods. All levels welcome!
