This 6 Week Program includes 2 days per week of leg focused workouts (Weights/gym access required. Barbells, Dumbbells, Cables, & Kettlebells are used) designed to help you build your booty and legs! Each week will alternate exercises, but focus on progressive overload overall for optimal growth!
Once you pay, I'll add you to the program via My PT Hub! There you'll have access to videos of the exercises, as well as tools to log your progress.
